Payment & Cancelation Policy
A deposit of 20-30% of the total invoice is required to secure your reservations, once being confirmed to you. The balance of payment is due 20-30 days prior to your date of arrival in Africa or safari start. If your booking is made and confirmed within 45 days of your arrival date, full payment will be required immediately.
Payment Mode
Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Ngamani Africa Safaris. Any safari deposit paid shall be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels and administrative costs as below:

Postponement
Bookings confirmed and secured with a deposit but affected by official COVID-19 related travel bans/restrictions will be eligible to postpone travel arrangements for travel within two years (24 months) of the original date at no extra cost. Ngamani Africa Safaris will hold credit to the value of their booking until they reconfirm.
Safari booking postponement shall be governed by the below terms:
- Changes to existing bookings must be communicated to Ngamani Africa Safaris up to a minimum 15 days prior to safari starting date.
- Bookings shall be rebooked for similar period/season of year previously booked for (Example High, Low & Peak seasons)
- In case of season / period rebooking variation, price difference between the respective seasons shall be added/reduced
- In cases of safari rebooking, accommodation shall be provided in the originally confirmed accommodations or a superior version
General Booking Conditions
Passports and Visas
You are required to ensure that your passport and travel documentation is in order and that you have obtained the necessary visas for your journey. Should you require assistance on this matter we will be pleased to make recommendations.
International and Domestic air bookings
Reconfirmation of flight bookings is the responsibility of the traveler. As tour arrangements may be booked to connect with international and domestic air flights it is your responsibility to keep us updated as to your flight times and numbers.
Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking one of our tours that the traveler is adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.
Amendments to confirmed arrangements
Ngamani Africa Safaris offers its clients customised packages of land and / or air services using various suppliers. The price of your travel arrangements is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond our control and may occur in connection with governmental action, currency exchange rate fluctuation and increases in suppliers’ prices.
While Ngamani Africa Safaris will use its best endeavors to provide all tours as confirmed, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice if deemed necessary or advisable by our experienced staff.
Responsibility
Ngamani Africa Safaris acts only as a co-ordinator for all passengers with respect to services provided by underlying operators, including hotels, lodges, restaurants, road transport providers, professional guides, air charter services, boating, rafting, kayaking, bush walking, trekking and climbing activities. . All bookings with Ngamani Africa Safaris are therefore subject to the limitations of liability imposed by the underlying operators involved in the trip.
Payment of a deposit will indicate an acceptance of these booking conditions by the passenger/client.
